SPOTTED:
I was on my way to work and I saw this guy trying to enter Prada in Soho. Wow! I know many of you may think this is bad - no socks - can't work - pants too short, but I think there is something to say about personality. He walked with such confidence I couldn't look away.

for some reason....I love this no sock short pants style.....but only on confident people
